First and foremost, a client's data list is never shared with any other clients, and is regarded as an asset of that client. Confidentiality of the client list is a top priority. Contractually, all database lists managed for clients by eservices are owned by the client, and as such, are readily available for the client with a written request.

Access to computer data and files at eservices are secured by segregated, password-protected services. eservices network is protected by a constantly tested firewall designed to prevent unauthorised access.

eservices maintains all technology offsite at a co-location facility in Melbourne , Australia . This facility is equipped with 24/7 emergency power, security and full upstream redundancy.
